Boot Camp Time!!!! Summer is here and soon to be gone. What better way to get in shape than with a group of friends... have your own Boot Camp!! I'll provide the training and you will enjoy a supercharged workout to get you going in the direction you need. Maybe you have been laying around all Winter long and now you need a little "push". Well the Boot Camp is the way to go. Get a group of 10 or more people, you name the place and time, I'll bring the workout!!! There are low/moderate and advanced level programs available. Party TIme!!!!

We all party for one reason or another. What better way to enjoy the company of family and friends than by having a Fitness Party! This is the hottest way to get in shape and have crazy fun while you do it. You name the place and time and I will provide the workout. Here is how it works. I will put you and your guest through a workout for about 30-45 minutes depending on your current fitness level. Then unlike any other party, you enjoy great "healthy" foods that you and your guest have prepared. While you refuel your bodies, I will give a short presentation on health and fitness. What are you waiting for? You get fit , eat right, enjoy great company, learn some vital information and I'll even bring my favorite healthy dish.
